- Purchasing a theme or copyright removal includes a lifelong license to use that item.
- Refunds are not issued to due the intangible nature of the products.
- One purchase allows you to run a single instance of the item.
- Theme brandings (such as “MagPress theme by PowerTheme”) are not to be removed unless a branding removal fee is paid.
- Modifications to themes are allowed as long as branding is still clearly visible.
- No themes are allowed to be resold, redistributed, with or without modifications unless specific permission has been granted by us.
- We withold the right to modify the terms of service without any prior notification or warning.
